How do I know my order is confirmed?
After you placed an order on our website, you will receive an order confirm email in your email box automatically. Please keep an eye for it and inform us if you need to change any information for shipping. If you can’t find our email in your inbox, be sure to check your spam box.

The usual delivery time of the molds and the resin handiworks is 7 to 15 business days. The usual delivery time of resin and colorants is 10 to 20 business days. Please understand that due to COVID-19 shipping times may vary.
Yes, you will! All orders will receive multiple shipping notification emails during the whole delivery process with the tracking number included. Please be sure to track it.
We send out discount codes regularly to those who are subscribed to our email list. If you wish to subscribe, scroll to the bottom of the page and enter your email.
If you order several products in one order, usually we will ship them in one package so you can receive them all at once. However, sometimes due to different inventory status of the products, we might ship some products separately. In this case, multiple tracking# will be sent to your email box so you can track different packages.
Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
Please be advised that your delivery address can only be changed before the order has been processed or dispatched. Kindly update your delivery address to your residential address instead of your work address. Please email us at support@vevzon.com with the following information:

How do I return an item?
If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number as well as the reason for your return. Our customer service team will review the return request and will send further instructions if the return is approved.

If the returns are requested because of quality issue, we will cover the fee. Other returns delivery fees and other miscellaneous fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Please contact us within 7 days from receiving your order if you received merchandise that is incorrect, missing, and/or defective. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s), and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.
Processing returns may take up to 3 business days from the day we receive your return. We will email you to confirm once your return has been processed.
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 3 – 5 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request.
